Meet Brian Lyttle

Born in Bradenton, Florida and raised in Virginia, Brian developed a passion for wrestling, competing at Virginia Tech before serving 20 years in the U.S. Army. In 2022, he founded Basement Brawlers in Colorado Springs, a community built on respect, perseverance, and hard work. More than a club, it is where athletes grow stronger in body, mind, and character, learning lessons that last a lifetime.
